The Association of British Introduction Agencies was set up to monitor and regulate the standards of service offered by introduction agencies. It has a code of practice to which all members must conform. This includes fees, refunds, method of operation and advertising. It also has a complaints procedure. Above all, it is committed to clarity; clients of member organisations have a right to expect there to be no hidden costs or rules.
